Booking Terms and Conditions – updated 25/08/2020

Deposits paid by tour participant indicate acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions with Beirut Airport Transfer

Reservations

All reservations should be made in advance and confirmed in writing or via email. The price of your trip is guaranteed when you have paid a deposit.

Payment

After we send you the confirmation of services for your package, we will require a 50% deposit in order to secure your booking. We accept credit card payments via our secure website, or by wire transfer to our bank account. This deposit counts as part of your final payment. The balance cost of the tour can be settled while in Lebanon in cash.

Cancellations

Cancellation fees for ground services will normally be charged according to the following scale:
For Packages including Hotel Reservation:
-Up to 14 days before arrival: 0% will be charged.
-Less than 14 days before scheduled arrival: 50% will be refunded
You can cancel your package 2 weeks before arrival without cancellation fees.
For other services (Tours, Transfers, etc..)
-Up to 24 hours before arrival: 0% will be charged
You can cancel your tours and transfers 24 hours before arrival without cancellation fees.

Rules and Regulations for Lebanon Packages

• Once you book one of our Lebanon Packages, you should pay 50% to confirm your booking.
• Lebanon Packages have fixed itineraries and departure dates but they can be customized upon request
• Our packages are suitable for people who have fixed plans to visit the country.
• All our packages are confirmed and good to go as they are available for booking - Tours will go even with one traveler (with no extra charges).

Responsibility of Beirut Airport Transfer

All participants are expected to be covered by travel insurance, hence Beirut Airport Transfer assumes no responsibility for accidents of any nature, injuries, delays, irregularities, discomforts, loss or damage to property or any damage however arising.

Alterations

Although we are flexible and will always try to accommodate any modifications as requested by the client where possible, any fees for modifications will be charged onto the client.

Special Requests

If the client has any special requests, he should inform us at the time of booking. Beirut Airport Transfer suppliers will try to satisfy such requests, but as these do not form part of the contract, and Beirut Airport Transfer does not guarantee to do so. If Beirut Airport Transfer confirms that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier or refers to it on the confirmation invoice or elsewhere, this is not a guarantee to fulfill it. The client will not be specifically notified if a special request cannot be met. Beirut Airport Transfer does not accept bookings, which are conditional on the fulfillment of any special request.

Refunds

A refund will be normally made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment.

Complaints

If you have any complaints while you are in Lebanon, please notify the company immediately because most problems can be solved quickly. If you feel that your problem persists call our company representative on the provided phone number and we will work on solving your problem.

Acceptance of the agreement

The contract constituted by the company's acceptance of the client's booking, subject to these booking conditions, shall constitute the entire agreement between the client and the company. The payment of a deposit or final payment by bank transfer or credit card indicates that tour participants have read and accepted all terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

Privacy Policy

Depending on the circumstances, Beirut Airport Transfer may collect personal information when you register for a service or book a trip with us, including some or all of the following; email, name, address, IP address and telephone number.
This privacy policy sets out how Beirut Airport Transfer uses and protects any information that you give Beirut Airport Transfer when you use this website.
