Five Days Damascus, Homs, Aleppo & Tartous Holiday Package
Day 1: Arrive to Damascus
When your plane lands in Lebanon, a vehicle will be waiting for you at the Beirut airport to get you to the hotel in old Damascus to meet the guide and have a break. The tour starts with visiting the pearl of Damascus The grand Umayyad Mosque (a place for worshiping since the first millennium B.C ),And Salah-din shrine; The tour will also include a stroll in the old Souks to enjoy the oriental fragrance, Al-Azem palace, Assad Basha Khan, Ananias church, and overnight in the Hotel.
Day 2: Maaloula, Krak des chevaliers and Mishtaya Tour
After breakfast, we will head to the village of Maaloula, where Aramaic, the language of Christ is still spoken to visit the famous monastery of Saint Thecla and the famous mountain path that holds her name and monastery of Saints Sergius and Bacchus. Afterwards, we will head to Krak des Chevaliers, one of the most well preserved medieval castles in the World! We’ll spend the night in Al-Mishtaya village
Day 3: Palmyra, Homs & Mishtaya Tour
You’ll have breakfast, Morning departure to Palmyra the pearl of the desert with its temple Bell the Biggest temple in the world and the street of colonnade and the tombs valley. Afterwards we will head to Homs city to visit the Saint Mary Church of the Holy Belt, and Khaled Ibn Alwalid Mosque, have a walk in the old city, and back to the hotel in Al-Mishtaya village.
Day 4: Aleppo Tour
After breakfast, we’ll head to the beautiful oriental city of Aleppo, where we will visit its mighty castle and the soap shops to buy souvenirs, meet its lovely people, and try its amazing food , Overnight in Aleppo.
Day 5: Hama, Tartous & Damascus Departure
Breakfast, and we’ll visit Hama city and its famous water wheels, Al-Azem palace; one of the most beautiful Ottoman house example, and try its unique gastronomy. Then we will move to Amrit that was one of the most important Phoenician cities located in Tartous, Afterwards; we will drive to the airport.
